Farazi breathed his last 0n 29th October.

On the 28th, Hassan Farazi was semi-conscious in palliative care after unsuccessful surgery on two malignant tumors at the Prince of Wales Hospital, Sydney.
Farazi was known to be a brilliant Engineer, rapidly elevated to a senior role in DNV, and continued a challenging Australia/New Zealand operation despite DNV and GL integration.
According to Engr. Dilwar Hossain (6N) “He was one of the most lovable mariners among the Australian marine crowd, a dedicated leader, formed the “Bangladesh Australia Mariners Association” (BAMA), and was holding the position of Executive president.
